Description |
Nurse Practitioner / CRNP,
1 year experience with Skilled Nursing facility ,
correctional facility or Home Care, for Harrisburg , PA. Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement
nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.
Administer nursing care to ill, injured,
convalescent, or disabled patients. May advise
patients on health maintenance and disease
prevention or provide case management. Licensing or
registration required. Include advance practice
nurses such as: nurse practitioners, clinical nurse
specialists, certified nurse midwives, and certified
registered nurse anesthetists. Advanced practice
nursing is practiced by RNs who have specialized
formal, post-basic education and who function in
highly autonomous and specialized roles

Description

1. Client
development Develop and grow his/her own client base
by marketing our short-term, long-term, perm, travel
medical staffing services solutions. Market to
clients via telephone, client in-person visits.
Negotiate bill rates and conversion fees with
clients. 2. Candidate development Coordinate with
recruiters OR recruit healthcare professionals;
interview and identify temp, perm, travel
opportunities for these candidates. Provide ongoing
and consistent contact with candidates while
offering professional and value-added career
guidance. 3. Placement activities Select
well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders
and maintain ongoing contact with clients and
candidates currently on assignment to ensure both
receive exceptional customer service. Resolve any
customer service issues quickly and efficiently to
maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Discover additional opportunities through contact
with candidates on assignment and clients to grow
our business and job opportunities for our
candidates. 4. General Responsible for consistent
efforts to grow market presence thro participation
in networking organizations and events. Strategies
with teammates and manager to accomplish weekly
