1. As a Management Consultant you
will be working with International Division of
Global Healthcare Group LLC. The responsibilities
will include the following but will not be limited
to analyzing such problem areas as organizational
structure, personnel management, forms design and
functions, systems improvements, procedures and
policies verification to determine needed
modifications or improvements of the organization.
2. Analyze the recruitment process to improve the
managerial and operational capabilities of our
company
3. You will be responsible for guiding and
motivating the Recruitment and Placement management
team thereby improving Global’s profitability.
4. Responsible for collecting, reviewing and
analyzing information from the recruitment and
placement department to make recommendation and
improve performance
5. As a management consultant you will be
responsible for analyze the economic performances of
our company
6. You will be responsible to improve the company’s
objectives, administration and organization
7. You will be responsible for reviewing the company
employee Handbook and make necessary changes and
recommendations
8. You will evaluate management programs, revise the
policies and strategies of our company |

Description |
Processing all time
sheets: ensure that all time information is
accurately reflected in the QuickBooks for payroll
and billing. Compute wages referring to the pay
chart as per the client, calculate base rate, per
diem, premium bonus percentages, overtime and
calculate holiday pay if any. Ensure accurate and
correct tax withholding compliance with Federal,
State, local agencies depending on the employee’s
W-4 information. Independently prepare, process
payroll using the QuickBooks Payroll system. Set up
insurance deductions, garnishments, special
deductions, process bonus / commission runs if
needed, calculate commission, referral bonus and
other out of cycle payments.
